The third Annual Meeting of the BCCF was held on the 14^th of November 2025 in Antalya, Türkiye, and was attended by representatives of all six member courts. Among the observers, the Constitutional Courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Romania participated in the conference.

Opening remarks were made by Sonila Bejtja, Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania, Pavlina Panova, President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria, Cevdet Erkan, Chief Public Prosecutor at Council of State of the Republic of Türkiye, Muhsin Şentürk, Chief Public Prosecutor at the Court of Cassation of the Republic of Türkiye, Ömer Kerkez, President of the Court of Cassation of the Republic of Türkiye, and Kadir Özkaya, President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Türkiye.
